Your privacy is very important to us and we want you to know you can trust us. Any personal details and information you supply to us for order completion are held in the strictest confidence. Any information we collect will only be used for personalisation by Molly’s Backyard.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you and marketing.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you to update and/or correct it.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are ready to dispatch in 1 business days of receiving cleared payment. All items dispatch from Keysborough, Australia.
Please note business days are Monday to Friday. Public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in original packaging, include all accessories and be in saleable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
1. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
2. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returned items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact Molly’s Backyard directly. Our return policy does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your payment account (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc). Sometimes it may take a few days for the refund to be processed. If you used a credit card, contact your card issuer, as it might take some time before the refund is officially reflected in your account. For bank transfers or other payment methods like PayPal, reach out to your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mollysbackyard@gmail.com for further assistance.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mollysbackyard@gmail.com and send your item to: 14 Emmerson St, Keysborough VIC 3173.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14 Emmerson St, Keysborough VIC 3173.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
